“220 – Ployé” is a late-night confession wrapped in the warm haze of bedroom pop. Written at 2:20 AM on her couch, Ployé was having an inner dialogue, drifting through restless thoughts of her crush. The lyrics, along with her cozy, mellow vocals and dreamy pop textures, capture the fluttery confusion of falling for someone who might just be a teaser. Despite her friends’ red-flag radar, Ployé clings to those little moments – shared pockets, bus seats, intentional hand brushes – and chooses to stay in her delulu. 🌒🫀

Lyrics
Its 2.20 in the morning
I’m on my favorite couch still lying
Trying hard not to think about you
Wonder if it’s true they’re saying
“he’s just full of tricks” don’t buy it
Well maybe they don’t see you like I do
But you keep running through my head
I can’t get rid of your sweet face
Hope it crossed your mind somehow
My eyes shut but my heart is shouting you
What you do to me is kinda nice
I love how you tuck my hands inside
your sweater pocket everytime
I said i’m iced but
Don’t you think it’s kinda sus
Schooching closer on the bus
Our hands intentionally brushed like
what’s between us?
Maybe you’re just mastery
Of “making girls in love with me”
Maybe i’m the one who fooled myself
Maybe it’s the lure that I just fell
The touch, just me?
The smile, maybe?
Call me, baby
