this song is for anyone who has never fallen in love or is struggling to find love in this world! i felt that there were so many love songs already, so i wanted to write one for us lonesome romantics :’)
for the past couple of years i’ve mainly been releasing songs that i wrote a long time ago, and this is the first song that i’ve written recently that i’m actually sharing!! i kinda second-guessed whether i was still good at songwriting LOL but i hope you love this song as much as i do 🥹 (also it’s available on all streaming platforms!!)
and some thank yous are due for this song!!! 😤
a HUGEEEEE thank you to the lovely Jason Lapierre (@jasonlapierre) for producing this song!!! it’s our first project together and i’m so grateful for his attentiveness and care for this song. he’s truly made my music process and life so much more brighter and colorful, and i can’t wait to show you guys the other songs we’ve cooked up together 😀
thank you to Joao Martins (ig @ joaomartinsmixes) for mixing this track!!! it’s the first time i’ve had all my picky notes and details feel so heard and understood, and i’m so grateful to have met such a kind mixer :’) you the goat bro!!!
thank you to Staub Mastering (ig @ staubaudio_sterilone) for mastering this song and teaching me so much about the mastering process!!! i’ve learnt so much about how much mastering can breathe new life into a song that i’d never noticed before. he’s the sweetest soul and i appreciate his final touches on this song to give it that extra oomf!!
thank you to Helen (ig @ blac_bean) for the amazing cover art and animation ♥ she really captured how i envisioned what listening to the song would feel like, and i’m so happy with the final product!!
thank you my manager Anna for believing in me and supporting this song!! if it weren’t for her, i probably wouldn’t have gotten this song out until years later, so you have her to thank LOL
and lastly THANK YOU guys for listening ahhhh
tbh i’ve been quite stressed and overwhelmed with work lately, but knowing that you guys are here and waiting to listen makes me so happy!! idk why but i’m feeling quite sappy today hahah but srsly thank you everyone for being here 💗 sometimes i can forget why i’m doing this all in the first place and it’s simply to share my art with y’all!
